What is Creativity?

Creativity is about never being wrong in your own mind, it is so subjective that it is impossible for someone to say your idea may be wrong(Neethling, 2007, p.83).  We use creativity to fix problems in both orthodox or un-orthadox ways, it is used for the human race to improve on everything that already exists (Isaksen, Dorval, and Treffinger, 2010, pp. 1 – 5). Creativity can be applied in many contexts, creating artwork, inventing a product, developing a new theory, making a scientific discovery and more. Most people would say they’re NOT creative, this is because they confuse creativity with being artistic. Everything in our world has birthed from creativity. Without creativity we would all be sitting naked in a field(Usher, 2015).
